7 days Tour from Fes. During these 7 days / 6 nights you will visit so many amazing sites. Moreover, enjoy the spectacular landscapes of the High Atlas mountains and the the Tizi-N-Tichka pass. Then visit the Kasbah of Ait-Ben-Haddou, the studios in Ouarzazate city and Todra gorges.

Furthermore, you will visit the Sahara desert of Merzouga. In which you can ride camels, spend the night in a camp in the middle of the desert. And enjoy magical sunset and sunrise in the Sahara. Thereafter, you will visit the Barbary macaque in cedars forest, and the Switzerland of Morocco Ifrane. Finally, the tour ends in Fes.

One Week In Morocco Itinerary

1st day : Fes – Meknes – Volubilis ruins – Chefchaouen ( 4 Hours Drive

The 7 days tour starts with an early pick up from the airport or your accommodation in Fes. Then we depart to visit Meknes the Ismaili capital and one of the imperial cities. In which we visit : Bab Al-Mansour, Sahrij Souani basin, the Royal stables, the granary and also the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Free time for lunch. Next we drive 30 km away from Meknes to visit the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. It is well preserved, as it is recognized as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. It has many beautiful mosaics scattered here and there, along with ancient pillars and archways.

After strolling in the ruins, we head north through Ouazzane, to reach Chefchaouen in the Rif Mountains. Also known as the Blue city. The city is famous for its buildings and alleyways painted in blue. Overnight stay in a hotel.


 

2nd Day : Chefchaouen – Rabat the capital ( 4 Hours drive )

After breakfast, feel free to wander in the blue city. Then we drive to Rabat through the Rif mountains. The city of Rabat is one of the imperial cities in Morocco, and the current capital. It is located in northwest Morocco on the Atlantic coast. You will visit the Highlights of the city. Including : the Hassan tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and The Kasbah of Oudaya. Overnight stay in a Riad.


 

3rd Day : Rabat – Casablanca – Marrakech ( 3.5 Hours Drive )

After breakfast, we depart from Rabat and drive along the coastline to Casablanca. The city is the economical center and the largest city in Morocco. Firstly, we will visit Hassan II mosque the second largest mosque in the continent. Then we visit Casablanca Cornish, Mohammed V square and a stop at Rick’s Café. Finally, we drive inland to Marrakech the red city and one of the imperial cities. Feel free to wander in the famous Jemaa El-Fna square. Overnight stay in a Riad.


 

4th day : Guided Tour sightseeing Marrakesh ( 45min Drive / 3 Hours Walking Tour )

After a warm breakfast, we will be exploring the Highlights of Marrakesh with a local guide. As one of Morocco’s historic imperial cities, Marrakech is rich in culture and architectural beauty. The tour includes a visit to the stunning 19th-century Bahia Palace, followed by the beautifully preserved Ben Youssef Madrasa, a former Islamic school showcasing traditional Moroccan design. You’ll also explore the lively Medina and its souks, filled with colorful stalls and skilled artisans, experience the vibrant atmosphere of Jamaa El Fna Square, and admire the Koutoubia Mosque from outside, the largest in the city.

Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, meet your driver to visit the iconic Majorelle Garden (requires online pre-booking), followed by a drive through Gueliz, the modern district of Marrakech, before returning to your Riad.

 


5th day : Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait ben Haddou Kasbah– Roses Vally – Dades Valley ( 6 hours Drive )

Drive through the fascinating High Atlas mountains, and Tizi-N-Tichka pass. Stops will be made for panoramic views of the breathtaking landscapes and Berber Villages.

Our next stop is the renowned Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village and UNESCO World Heritage Site. This iconic site has served as the backdrop for numerous films, including Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy, and popular TV series like Game of Thrones. 40-minute hike to explore the kasbah on foot and enjoy panoramic views from the top.

Then we head to “The gate of the desert” Ouarzazate. Free time for lunch, then we continue to visit the Rose valley passing through the large palm grove of Skoura. Finally we drive to Boumalne Dades where we spend the night. ( Dinner Included )


 

6th Day : Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Dunes – Camel trekking – overnight in a luxury camp ( 5 hours Drive )

After breakfast, we drive through the scenic Dades Valley, making a stop at a panoramic viewpoint. We then continue to the spectacular Todra Gorges, where the Todra River has carved a dramatic canyon with towering red cliffs. You’ll have free time to walk through the gorge and enjoy the natural beauty of this unique setting. The journey then takes us through the lush palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad, with free time for lunch along the way.

In the afternoon, we arrive in the golden dunes of the Merzouga Sahara Desert, where your camels await. Embark on a peaceful camel trek across the dunes, with a stop atop a high dune to witness the magical desert sunset. You’ll then continue to a luxury desert camp, where you’ll be welcomed with traditional Berber hospitality. Enjoy dinner, accompanied by Berber drumming and dancing around the campfire. Overnight stay in the camp.


 

7th Day: Merzouga Dunes – Erfoud – Midelt – Cedars forest – Ifrane – Fes ( 7h Drive )

After breakfast, we leave the desert to visit Rissani town, the ancient capital of Tafilalet. Rissani still a major trading center in the region, with a large souk lively on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. After a stroll in Rissani souk, we continue to Erfoud where we visit one of the workshops of fossilized marble.

After that, we drive along the Ziz river, we stop for a panoramic view of the Ziz valley. Free time for lunch in Midelt or on the way. Then we continue to cedars forest, where the Barbary Macaques live. Feel free to feed them while wandering in the forest. After that we visit Ifrane, famous for its low temperature, snow and the alpine-style houses -No wonder it is called the Switzerland of Morocco. Finally, Drop off At any Location in Fes. Is the 7 Day Morocco Tour Private or Shared ?

The seven day tour is a private experience, ensuring that only the travelers making the inquiry will be participating. No additional individuals will join the tour. Our primary focus is on providing high-quality, personalized experiences, which is why we mainly offer private tours.

How Long is The Camel Ride ? What is the Alternative of Camels ?

The Camel ride is 40 minutes to 1.5 hours long, depending on which camp you are staying in.

* If you do not wish to do the camel ride, the camp has a 4×4 that takes people and luggage in and out of the camp, that you can use.

* Alternatively, ATVs can be arranged at an additional cost.

Is The Tent private ? Does it Have a private Shower ?

The Tent at the luxury camp is private, and has private bathrooms with hot running water.

What Happens to your luggage When you do the Camel Ride ?

During the Camel Ride, you will only take what’s necessary for the Ride.

The rest of your luggage will be transported in the camp’s 4×4, and you will find it waiting for you at the camp.

What is the best time to visit Morocco?

The best times to visit are spring (March–May) and Autumn (September–November), when the weather is mild and pleasant across most regions. Winter time is great as well specially in the southern / Desert Part

What Type of Vehicles are Used ?

The Vehicle will be either a SUV (4×4) or a Minivan, both with A/C

Please provide us with any dietary preferences you may have, and we will ensure that your needs are met. Kindly inform us of your preferences in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements for lunch stops and notify the Riad/Camp accordingly, as some dinners are included in the package.

Tour Age Suitability

This tour is suitable for individuals of all ages. However, please note that the tour involves approximately 1 to 7 hours of driving each day. While our vehicles are new and comfortable, and we make regular stops along the way, if you are not used to this level of travel, you may wish to consider a longer or customised tour

Pick-up and Drop-off Details

Pickup can be from Fes Airport or your accommodation in Fes in the morning—preferably your Riad. We recommend being in Fes and resting the night before the tour; if you wish, we can arrange accommodation for the day prior.

At the end of the 7-day tour, we will drop you at your hotel or riad in Fes, or at the nearest available parking area. The tour typically concludes between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., though the exact time may vary depending on how long is spent at each stop.
